2026 SUMMER INTERNSHIP

Your Mission

As a Summer Intern, you’ll work side-by-side with our team to design, assemble, test, sell, and fly rocket systems. We’re looking for driven generalists who enjoy variety, learn quickly, and want to play a meaningful role in building a space launch system from the ground up

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Design, Build, Repeat: Support the design of mechanical parts, wire harnesses, test stands, and flight hardware.

  • Test Like It Flies: Assist with everything from bench-level checks to full system hot fires.

  • Solve Problems Fast: Troubleshoot issues, develop quick solutions, and document your work.

  • Work Across Disciplines: Contribute to avionics, propulsion, structures, software, and integration depending on project needs and your background.

  • Support Flight: Your contributions will directly advance our mission and flight milestones.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Enrollment in or recent graduation from a BS/MS program in engineering, physics, a related technical field, or a focus on business development or entrepreneurship.

  • A strong "get it done" mindset, comfortable picking up a wrench, a soldering iron, or a Python script to solve a problem.

  • Hands-on experience from personal projects, student teams (rocketry, robotics, Baja, etc.), or prior internships.

  • Willingness to try new things, take ownership, and ask questions when needed.

  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Bonus Points

  • You’ve built something that flies, launches, or tackles a complex hardware challenge.

  • Experience with CAD, PCB design, embedded systems, or hands-on fabrication.

  • Comfort with tools, test setups, electronics labs, or field operations.

  • Participation on a rocketry or aerospace competition team.
